Are Hemp-seed oil and CBD the same? Find out more.

What is Hemp-seed oil? What is CBD (Cannabidoil)?

One common misconception that causes this confusion is that they're both from the same plant family called Cannabis Sativa.

While Hemp is a plant, Cannabidoil (CBD) is one of the medicinal compounds found in the same plant (Hemp OR Cannabis Sativa). Hemp also contains small amounts of CBD. They do have overlapping properties but are not exactly the same.

This article will guide you on the difference between the two and how you can go about picking the right product for your needs.
